Summer Camp 2010
Summer Camp 2010 is nearly here! Are you ready to saddle up?

This year, we have extended our Pony Pals series to include a new group: Pony Pals 3. Besides this fun class, join us for new games, crafts, and lessons. We also have a new line up of summer camp horses this year! All campers will receive a camp tshirt, an interactive camp book, and a DVD at the end of the summer highlighting camp memories. Join us on the Friday of each camp week for a horse show for friends and family members; your camper will show you what they learned!

We have openned up more dates this year to help fit into your schedule!

June 7-11: Pony Pals I ($199)

June 14-18: Pony Pals I ($199)

June 21-25: Pony Pals II ($199)

June 28-July 2: Pony Pals II ($199)

July 12-16: Pony Pals III (new!) ($199)

So what should you bring? ALL participants are required to have a personal riding helmet. Bike helmets are not acceptable; they will not protect the rider's head properly in the event of a fall. Riders also need a pair of riding boots. Either paddock boots or western boots are acceptable. These boots need to have a hard toe and a heel with a slick sole. While there are occasionally acceptable boots at WalMart, we do encourage you to purchase a quality pair of riding boots. Expect these boots to get wet and dirty! Rubber boots and tennis shoes are not allowed. All riders must also come in a pair of long pants. Riding tights or jeans are fine! And remember to bring a water bottle and sunscreen, plus a snack if you choose. It will be hot and we will make sure to take breaks to ensure proper hydration!

With us, riders will get to experience the farm life from a unique perspective. If you have any questions, please call 618-692-4823. Registration will need to be made with Lewis and Clark Community College at 618.468.7000. For a brochure on upcoming camp dates, as well as additional information, see
