Bobo is our potbellied piglet. She is still a little shy but is coming out of her shell everyday. She is very crafty and has made a nice little house for herself in the straw bales that are in her stall. She is currently learning how to walk on a leash. Soon, we will begin teaching her tricks and allowing her to accompany us during petting zoos.
Martha is a longhorn bull. He has great manners and has already come on many outtings with us. We plan on breaking him to ride over the winter. He loves a good bath and getting his tail scratched. He leads well and stands tied well. When not being cute, he is being used in our "cow class," introducing horses to the basic workings of sorting and penning.
We have several breeds of fowl at our farm. White leghorns, buffins, silkies, frizzles, Olde English Game, American Game, brahma, and ISA browns are only a few of the exotics at our farm. Many are quite friendly and enjoy being held. The three pictured are among our nicest and will be traveling with us to local petting zoos.
